the 'roid.

According to the gynecologist, the thyroid feels "irregular." She told me the same thing a few years ago but I ignored her because I was young and invincible. Now I am old and paranoid, and followed her directions to go to my doctor, who I love, especially after reading about what Linda's got and realizing I got all that too...most expecially the chills, which are all the gd time at this point. Anyway...turns out, Dr. Wonderful is on a forever maternity leave.

So instead J sent me to get my blood taken from my new favorite doctor of all time (listen!!).

So all is seemingly well with the 'roid. Ultrasound's next week just to be sure.

We quickly learned that the D and B12 deficiencies are found in the elderly and obese. Real nice. As for the chills and why I'm deficient, it'll be a mystery, I guess. Though you'll notice that while hero Paolino is commending my blood's beauty, he mentions no iron problems. So I guess I'm not anemic anymore. Good because b12 deficiency can indicate pernicious anemia, which only makes me think about vermicious knids.

Meantime, J's got me dosing on liquid vitamins every day. After prelimary research on b12 especially, it seems we will all be happier, stronger, smarter, more amazing people if we hold it under the tongue for 30 seconds daily. I'd say I felt more or less happy after taking, but I was also drinking coffee at the same time, so whatevs. Imma still take some naps this weekend.
